1.1          This website is owned and operated by ENSCO 1078 LIMITED, t/a Stock Fire Sale, acting as the agents on behalf of Aurelius Beta Limited. The Terms listed below are the Terms & Conditions under which you are able to use our website and the services offered by us. The website offers users the opportunity to purchase reduced price retail goods and by accessing and using our site you approve that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms laid out in the document below.   

1.2          We reserve the right to modify the terms listed herein at our sole discretion. It is therefore recommended that you view these pages periodically to ensure you keep abreast of any alterations to the document. However, when we make any alterations to the T&C’s of the site we will notify you of that material changes have been made. Your continued use of the site and the services provided by the site following the changes to the T&C’s constitutes your understanding and acceptance of these new terms. If, for whatever reason, you do not agree with the changes to the T&C’s document, do not continue to access the website.

1.3          Whilst we make all reasonable efforts to display accurately the full attributes of the products on offer, inclusive of product style and colour, the appearance of the goods is dependant on the screen configuration opted for by the site user. As we are unable to control this variable, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the content provided through the site. 

1.4          It is of uppermost importance to us to ensure that the information displayed on site is complete, accurate and current at the time of viewing. However, in spite of our best efforts the information displayed on the site may occasionally be inaccurate or out of date. All aspects relating to a good, inclusive of product descriptions, prices and stock levels may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2.1          We may, at our discrepancy, permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, inclusive of if, in our sole determination, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account at any time.

 

3. TERMS OF SALE

3.1          By placing an order with us you are, (i) you are solely responsible for reading the full items listing before committing to purchasing it, (ii) representing that you are of a legal age to form a legally binding contract to purchase an item, and (iii) representing that all the information you provide to us in connection with your order is true and accurate and that you are an authorised user of the payment method provided with the order.

3.2          Prior to our acceptance of your order, further verification of the information provided may be required.  We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept, alter or decline any order for any reason whatsoever deemed by us to be significant. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order and we retain the right to alter or refuse any order request made by yourselves. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, for whatever reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed at the incorrectly listed price. If payment has already been made, then a full refund or the purchased amount will be refunded to the buyer.

 

4. INDEMNIFICATION

4.1          You agree to indemnify and hold ENSCO 1078 Limited harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expense (inclusive of legal fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

5.1          To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ENSCO 1078 LIMITED, t/a Stock Fire Sale, acting as agents on behalf of Aurelius Beta Limited, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

5.2          To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ENSCO 1078 LIMITED, t/a Stock Fire Sale, acting as agents on behalf of Aurelius Beta Limited, assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

 

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1          For any undamaged products, simply return the purchased items, with any included accessories, in the original packaging with the original receipt within 28 days of receipt of the product. Upon receipt of the returned items we will arrange for a full refund to be transferred back to the buyer. In addition to the above, please note that (i) Products that are returned are done so at the expense of the customer and not the owners of the website.
